Kat has worked in the Insurance industry, specifically in claims for the last two years. In that time she excelled in the domestic property and contents space and was promoted into the EQC claims team. In her current role, Kat oversees both commercial and domestic claims, showcasing her versatility and ability to handle diverse challenges within the claims management sphere. 

Rebecca joined JRI in 2019, bringing 17 years of experience from the travel and tourism industry in Australia. Based in our Christchurch branch, she initially started in the domestic lines team and progressed to Commercial Broker Support before taking charge of Commercial Claims in 2021. Her roles as a Domestic Lines broker and in managing claims have strengthened her product knowledge and problem-solving abilities, leading to her promotion to Commercial Broker in 2023. Throughout her time at JRI, Rebecca has built strong relationships with both insurers and clients.
