With over 14 years of insurance experience, including seven years in direct insurance and four years as a Rural Broker with Aon, Terri brings a strong understanding of the industry and a practical, client-focused approach.

In her Broker Support role, Terri works closely with JRI’s brokers to keep the day-to-day servicing of client policies running smoothly. This includes supporting renewals, processing policy changes, assisting with claims and helping ensure the right information is in place at the right time.

Terri’s earlier experience in Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant roles has also given her a strong administrative foundation, helping her remain organised, responsive and focused on delivering efficient, friendly service.

She holds a Certificate in General Insurance and a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services.
