With over 14 years of insurance experience, including seven years in direct insurance and four years as a Rural Broker with Aon, Terri brings a strong understanding of the industry and a practical, client-focused approach.

In her Broker Support role, Terri works closely with JRI’s brokers to keep the day-to-day servicing of client policies running smoothly. This includes supporting renewals, processing policy changes, assisting with claims and helping ensure the right information is in place at the right time.

Eva brings a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for helping people make informed financial decisions. I graduated from university last year with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, giving me a strong understanding of people, communication, and the importance of building trusted relationships.

Kirsty-Lee has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including five years with Aon specialising in Corporate and Commercial insurance. Before transitioning into insurance, she spent 20 years in the banking industry, helping clients navigate complex financial needs and build long-term relationships.

Layla is a Commercial Insurance Broker Support professional with over two years of experience across both life and commercial insurance. She brings a well-rounded understanding of risk management and client needs, enabling her to provide effective and reliable support to both brokers and clients.

Hayley has recently joined us as a Commercial Broker Support professional, bringing with her nearly a decade of experience navigating the insurance industry within the claims sector. Throughout her career she has developed a strong and well-rounded understanding of insurance processes, policy interpretation, and the importance of building effective working relationships with both clients and stakeholders.

Brandon has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and finance industry having joined the broking industry in 2012 as a Risk Management Consultant after spending more than 10 years working for a large Australasian Insurance company.

He has a claims and underwriting background with many years’ experience in commercial claims specialising in heavy transport and machinery claims as well as in the food and beverage sectors, property, agriculture, and manufacturing.
