Prior to moving into insurance, she spent 20 years in the banking industry, developing strong client relationships and helping businesses and individuals navigate their financial needs.

With her extensive background in both banking and insurance, Kirsty-Lee understands the challenges businesses face and is committed to providing practical, tailored insurance solutions. She takes a friendly, proactive approach to her work, with a focus on building trusted relationships and making the insurance process as straightforward and efficient as possible.

Originally from New Plymouth, Kirsty-Lee has called Christchurch home since 1999. As a business owner herself, she brings valuable first-hand experience and an understanding of the demands of running a business. She is passionate about supporting her clients and helping them protect what matters most.
