Can you believe it’s already midway through November, and Christmas is just around the corner!
As the holiday season approaches, we’re getting in early to give you a heads-up that our offices will be closed for Christmas from approximately 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 24th, until Monday, January 6th, 2025. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to enjoy the festivities with family and friends. We kindly ask that you take note of the following information.
Insurance Requests
This can be a busy time of year, with new cars, boats, jet skis, jewellery, and more. If possible, please try to get any insurance requests in before our holiday break.
Claims
We also recognise that it can be a hectic period for claims, so remember to:

* Obtain quotes, where possible
Our claims team will process everything once we're back on board.
Medical Claims
If you are aware of any upcoming procedures, please try to submit your claim to us within the next few weeks to allow plenty of time for your claim to be assessed.
Please include the following information with your claim:
- * Referral Letter
- * Specialist Report (if applicable)
- * Estimate of Costs
- * Appointment Details
We strongly recommend obtaining Prior Approval for all medical procedures to confirm that they are covered under your policy.

We understand urgent matters can arise even during the holidays. Rest assured, we will have a team member on call to assist with any time-sensitive or critical issues. If you need immediate support, please contact 0800 RING JRI. Alternatively JR will be available on his mobile 027 442 4838 and can arrange any necessary cover or assist with claims.
