Kat has worked in the Insurance industry, specifically in claims for the last two years. In that time she excelled in the domestic property and contents space and was promoted into the EQC claims team. In her current role, Kat oversees both commercial and domestic claims, showcasing her versatility and ability to handle diverse challenges within the claims management sphere. 

One of Kat's key strengths lies in her ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers while assisting them through the often complex claims process.
