12 February 2024 - Phishing Scam
We are aware of unsolicited emails being sent from a JRI email address. We have had our IT Company investigate this and can confirm that the email was not sent from JRI Limited but as a phishing email from an unknown source.
If you have received a suspicious looking email from us please do not reply or forward the email, please either send a new email to us with your concerns or telephone us on 0800 RING JRI (06 758 8440 New Plymouth or 03 666 8440 Christchurch).
We would like to assure our clients that their information and confidentiality has not been compromised.
What is a Phishing Scam?
A phishing scam is when a scammer uses deception, by impersonating a legitimate company/organisation, to obtain personal information from someone with the intention of gaining access to funds and other sensitive information.
