Heather’s career in the insurance industry commenced in South Africa in 1983, initially as an administrator where she developed her admin skills and gained great insight and knowledge in the field of general insurance.  Over the years Heather has further enhanced her skills gaining experience across the Life and Health sector, domestic broking and more recently within the commercial division.  Heather’s long-term experience and knowledge make her a great addition to the JRI Commercial Broker Support team.
