Neika is an integral part of JRI’s broker support team, bringing strong communication skills and a careful, methodical approach to assisting our advisers and supporting clients. In her role as Junior Broker Support, she helps with policy administration, client enquiries, and the smooth processing of broker tasks, contributing to efficient and high-quality service across the business. Neika is currently working toward the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), a national qualification that supports the development of professional knowledge and capability in insurance and financial services.
