Brooke is an integral part of the JRI team, seamlessly managing responsibilities both at the forefront of operations and behind the scenes. She ensures that essential systems and processes are in place to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently, including support in HR and IT.  As a long-standing member of JRI, Brooke’s extensive industry experience across all sectors enables her to work effectively with the General Manager, overseeing processing and administrative responsibilities, including those related to his portfolio of general insurance clients.  Brooke is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues and strives to achieve outstanding outcomes in every aspect of her role.
