Rebuilding the Latimer Hotel, a 40-year-old family business, after the February 2011 earthquake in Christchurch was a major undertaking and thousands of emails were sent and read before anything was settled. This was a $35 million project which required dedication and attention to dealing with details every day. It worked well for us to have JRI as our broker. John was in Christchurch two days after the quake to get things moving and he and his team were very supportive. With JRI there is no question it is a team effort, and the team is a very good one.
