Ricky is part of JRI’s Broker Support team, where he works closely with our brokers to help ensure client servicing and day-to-day policy administration are handled accurately and efficiently.

A New Plymouth local, Ricky attended school in Taranaki before completing a Bachelor of Applied Management at WITT, majoring in Accounting and Finance. His financial background brings a strong analytical approach and attention to detail to his role, along with a broader understanding of the financial considerations that sit alongside insurance.

Ricky is continuing to build his technical insurance knowledge and experience within JRI, with the longer-term goal of progressing into a broking role. He enjoys being part of the client journey and developing the practical skills that will support him in providing insurance advice in the future.
