As JRI’s Office Manager, Toni has a vital role in ensuring the office is operating efficiently and compliantly, this involves a strong focus in the areas of Credit Control, HR and Compliance.  Toni achieves this by working closely with staff members individually and collectively, in addition to keeping abreast of relevant legislative changes and liaising with industry experts.

Toni has acquired strong organisational skills and attention to detail through her extensive background in office and event management, administration, and more recently within the insurance industry as a Regional Administration Manager, providing management and operational support.
