With almost a decade in the insurance industry, Rachael’s experience encompasses roles within the personal lines sector as a broker and more recently managing claims.  Having handled a substantial portfolio, Rachael has developed the skills to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a high standard of work.  Building positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service is something Rachael takes pride in.
