Brooke forms an integral part of the office both at the forefront and behind the scenes.  Brooke’s role encompasses processing client payments to the relevant insurer, supporting the Director and looking after IT. Brooke ensures systems and processes are in place to allow the office to run smoothly and efficiently.  As a long-standing member of JRI, Brooke’s industry experience across all sectors allows her to be on hand to assist when and where required, whether this is in the General Insurance or the Life & Health side of the business.  Brooke is passionate about people getting the best service possible and strives to deliver great customer outcomes regardless of which field she is working in.
